One God who is triune (Trinity)
We believe in the historic Christian doctrine of the Trinity. There is one God in essence or being who eternally exists as three distinct Persons: The Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit.
The Father is God.
The Son is God.
The Holy Spirit is God.
Yet the Father is not the Son, the Son is not the Holy Spirit, and the Holy Spirit is not the Father. They are three distinct Persons, but not three gods. There is only one God.
Jesus commanded His disciples to baptize:
“…in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit.”

This distinguishes our church from modalism/Oneness theology, which teaches that Father, Son, and Holy Spirit are different manifestations or modes of one divine Person. Our belief is Trinitarian: one divine Being or essence, eternally existing in three distinct Persons.
The Bible is the inspired Word of God
We believe that the Holy Scriptures are divinely inspired by God and are the authoritative foundation for Christian faith, doctrine, and practice. We believe that the Bible is not merely a collection of human religious writings. Although God used human authors with their own personalities and writing styles, the Holy Spirit guided them so that what they wrote communicated what God intended.
“All Scripture is inspired by God and is profitable for teaching, for rebuking, for correcting, for training in righteousness.”

Importantly, believing in present-day prophecy does not have to mean believing that modern prophecies are equal to Scripture. We can distinguish between the unique authority of the Bible and the continuing operation of prophetic gifts. Scripture remains the standard by which teachings, prophecies, and spiritual experiences are evaluated

The gifts of the Holy Spirit continue today
Our church is continuationist, rather than cessationist. Continuationism teaches that the supernatural gifts described in the New Testament did not disappear with the death of the original apostles. The Holy Spirit continues to distribute spiritual gifts according to His will.
These include such things as prophecy, healing, miracles, tongues, interpretation of tongues, words of wisdom, words of knowledge, discernment of spirits, faith, and other manifestations of the Spirit.
Paul writes: “One and the same Spirit is active in all these, distributing to each person as he wills.”

Our church expects God to continue to heal, perform miracles, speak through spiritual gifts, and work supernaturally through His people, while recognizing that genuine spiritual manifestations should be tested according to Scripture.
Apostles and prophets can still exist today
We also believes that the ministries of apostles and prophets were not limited exclusively to the first century.
“And he himself gave some to be apostles, some prophets, some evangelists, some pastors and teachers, equipping the saints for the work of ministry…”

Christ continues to give these ministries to His Church for its equipping, strengthening, edification, and advancement of the gospel.
We can distinguish present-day apostles from the unique foundational role and authority of the original apostles of Christ. For example, the Twelve were eyewitnesses specially commissioned by Jesus and occupied a unique place in the establishment of the Church (Ephesians 2:20).
Our belief in modern apostles does not necessarily mean that a modern apostle possesses the same unique authority as Peter, John, Paul, or the other foundational apostles, nor that a modern prophet can produce revelation that supersedes Scripture.
God’s Sovereignty and Human Free Will
We believe in the absolute sovereignty of God and in the genuine responsibility and free will of humanity. God is sovereign over all creation, yet He has granted people the ability to respond freely to His grace and His call to salvation. We believe that God desires all people to be saved and that the offer of salvation through Jesus Christ is genuinely extended to all. We believe salvation is entirely by the grace of God and cannot be earned by human works; nevertheless, individuals are responsible for responding to God’s grace through repentance and faith. We reject the teaching that God unconditionally predestines some individuals to salvation while withholding from others any genuine opportunity to respond to the gospel. We believe God’s foreknowledge does not eliminate human freedom. God perfectly knows all things, including human choices, while people remain morally responsible for the choices they freely make. We believe God’s sovereignty and human freedom are not contradictory. God is powerful enough to accomplish His purposes while permitting genuine human decisions.

We believe that God is absolutely sovereign over all creation and that nothing can ultimately frustrate His divine purposes. At the same time, in His sovereignty, God has granted humanity genuine freedom and moral responsibility. Salvation is made possible solely through God’s grace in Jesus Christ and is offered to all people. Every person is called to freely respond to God’s grace through repentance and faith. God’s perfect foreknowledge of human choices does not cause or negate those choices. We therefore affirm both the sovereignty of God and genuine human responsibility and reject the belief that these truths must be opposed to one another.
Summary
We believe Scripture(the Bible) is the inspired and authoritative Word of God.
We believe that God eternally exists as Father, Son, and Holy Spirit.
We believe that the supernatural gifts and miracles of the Holy Spirit continue in the Church today.
We believe that Christ continues to call and use apostles, prophets, evangelists, pastors, and teachers for the building up of His Church.
We believe that God, in His sovereignty, has granted humanity genuine free will and moral responsibility, calling every person to freely respond to His grace through repentance and faith in Jesus Christ.

Un solo Dios trino (La Trinidad)
Creemos en la doctrina cristiana histórica de la Trinidad. Existe un solo Dios en esencia o ser, que subsiste eternamente como tres Personas distintas: el Padre, el Hijo y el Espíritu Santo.
El Padre es Dios.
El Hijo es Dios.
El Espíritu Santo es Dios.
Sin embargo, el Padre no es el Hijo, el Hijo no es el Espíritu Santo y el Espíritu Santo no es el Padre. Son tres Personas distintas, pero no tres dioses. Hay un solo Dios.

Esto distingue a nuestra iglesia del modalismo o la teología de la «Unicidad» (*Oneness*), la cual enseña que el Padre, el Hijo y el Espíritu Santo son manifestaciones o modos diferentes de una sola Persona divina. Nuestra creencia es trinitaria: un solo Ser o esencia divina que existe eternamente en tres Personas distintas.
La Biblia es la Palabra inspirada de Dios
Creemos que las Sagradas Escrituras son inspiradas divinamente por Dios y constituyen el fundamento de autoridad para la fe, la doctrina y la práctica cristianas. Creemos que la Biblia no es simplemente una colección de escritos religiosos humanos. Aunque Dios utilizó a autores humanos con sus propias personalidades y estilos de redacción, el Espíritu Santo los guio para que lo que escribieran comunicara lo que Dios quería transmitir.

Es importante señalar que creer en la profecía actual no implica necesariamente creer que las profecías modernas están al mismo nivel que las Escrituras. Podemos distinguir entre la autoridad única de la Biblia y el ejercicio continuo de los dones proféticos. La Escritura sigue siendo el criterio mediante el cual se evalúan las enseñanzas, las profecías y las experiencias espirituales.

Los dones del Espíritu Santo continúan hoy
Nuestra iglesia es continuacionista, en lugar de cesacionista. El continuacionismo enseña que los dones sobrenaturales descritos en el Nuevo Testamento no desaparecieron con la muerte de los apóstoles originales. El Espíritu Santo continúa repartiendo dones espirituales según Su voluntad.
Estos incluyen dones como la profecía, la sanidad, los milagros, las lenguas, la interpretación de lenguas, la palabra de sabiduría, la palabra de ciencia, el discernimiento de espíritus, la fe y otras manifestaciones del Espíritu.
Pablo escribe: «Pero todas estas cosas las hace uno y el mismo Espíritu, repartiendo a cada uno en particular como él quiere».

Nuestra iglesia espera que Dios continúe sanando, haciendo milagros, hablando a través de los dones espirituales y obrando sobrenaturalmente por medio de Su pueblo, reconociendo al mismo tiempo que las manifestaciones espirituales genuinas deben ser examinadas conforme a las Escrituras.
Hoy en día todavía pueden existir apóstoles y profetas
Creemos también que los ministerios de apóstoles y profetas no se limitaron exclusivamente al primer siglo.
«Y él mismo constituyó a unos, apóstoles; a otros, profetas; a otros, evangelistas; a otros, pastores y maestros, a fin de capacitar a los santos para la obra del ministerio...»

Cristo continúa otorgando estos ministerios a su Iglesia para su capacitación, fortalecimiento y edificación, así como para el avance del evangelio.
Podemos distinguir a los apóstoles actuales del papel fundamental y la autoridad únicos que tuvieron los apóstoles originales de Cristo. Por ejemplo, los Doce fueron testigos oculares comisionados especialmente por Jesús y ocuparon un lugar singular en el establecimiento de la Iglesia (Efesios 2:20).
Nuestra creencia en la existencia de apóstoles modernos no implica necesariamente que un apóstol actual posea la misma autoridad única que Pedro, Juan, Pablo u otros apóstoles fundadores, ni que un profeta moderno pueda generar una revelación que esté por encima de las Escrituras.
La soberanía de Dios y el libre albedrío humano
Creemos en la soberanía absoluta de Dios y en la responsabilidad genuina y el libre albedrío de la humanidad. Dios es soberano sobre toda la creación; sin embargo, ha concedido a las personas la capacidad de responder libremente a su gracia y a su llamado a la salvación. Creemos que Dios desea que todas las personas sean salvas y que la oferta de salvación a través de Jesucristo se extiende genuinamente a todos. Creemos que la salvación es totalmente por la gracia de Dios y no puede ganarse mediante obras humanas; no obstante, los individuos son responsables de responder a la gracia de Dios mediante el arrepentimiento y la fe. Rechazamos la enseñanza de que Dios predestina incondicionalmente a algunos individuos para la salvación mientras niega a otros cualquier oportunidad genuina de responder al evangelio. Creemos que el conocimiento previo de Dios no elimina la libertad humana. Creemos que Dios es absolutamente soberano sobre toda la creación y que nada puede, en última instancia, frustrar sus propósitos divinos. Al mismo tiempo, en su soberanía, Dios ha concedido a la humanidad una libertad genuina y responsabilidad moral. La salvación es posible únicamente gracias a la gracia de Dios en Jesucristo y se ofrece a todas las personas. Toda persona es llamada a responder libremente a la gracia de Dios mediante el arrepentimiento y la fe. Resumen
